Hello, i just joined this forum after attending the Las Vegas VectorVest user group meeting yesterday. I'm interested in learning any information to make money in the market. i have been a long time investor with a couple of brokerage houses, but after the 2007-08 downturn in the market i decided it was time for me to be more involved in my financial future, and not let the bozos at the brokerage houses let me go broke.  For the past 6 months i have been an active day trader, along with swing and longer term investing in multiple accounts. I was interested in VectorVest after getting a recomendation from a broker friend and also seeing it at the last MoneyShow in LV. i haven't really used it much, but want to learn more and make it one of the tools i use to select my trades.

i'd be glad to exchange ideas with others and am glad i found this forum. I'll be attending the VV user meetings and hope to meet more like minded investors in the future.

Hi Tom,

Looking forward to your posts.

Lionel and I have been working on this site and hope it will be a good vehicle for us all to learn and make more money.

I think you are taking a good first step in that you are taking more control over your financial future.

I personally do not day trade but have found that swing trading meets my lifestyle demands.

The 2008 campaign for Clark County Commission has just begun, but Tom Collins is already well established as a Commissioner with deep roots and a stake in our future. One of Tom's greatest strengths is his ability to draw support from a wide range of organizations and from all walks of life.Throughout his career in public service, Tom Collins has earned the enthusiastic support of numerous community leaders and organizations. As the 2008 list of supporters grows, we'll post then right here for your review.
